Birth Debriefing Sessions - £10 per hour, min 2 hours
Not everyone has the perfect birth or the birth they were expecting.
These private sessions are for those who have had this experience
at any point in their life, the effect it can have on future pregnancies
and birth, and how to overcome any fears and worries.
Postnatal Doula Support - £10 per hour, min 20 hours
Life with a new baby can be a little overwhelming. You need a good
support team in place for the first few weeks, so you can bond with
your newest family member. I can offer you practical and emotional
support for this time, helping with housework, supporting you while
initialising breastfeeding, and being a listening ear for all those
little niggles on your mind. By the end of my time with you, you
will be settled and confident in your new role as a parent.
Breastfeeding Support - £15 per hour 8am - 9pm, £25
per hour 9pm - 8am (free to birth / postnatal clients)
If you do not feel you need full postnatal support, but need some
support with breastfeeding, I offer a specialised support while
establishing breastfeeding and troubleshooting any problems you
have have along the way.
Please be aware that I am not a Breastfeeding Counsellor, but have
undertaken additional training to become a Breastfeeding Support
Specialist.
Sibling Doula Support - Birth £150, Postnatal £10 per
hour, min 20 hours
Adjusting to a new addition in the family can be hard for children
of any age. Whether you need someone to look after your little one
during the birth, or entertaining them after the baby arrives, I
hope to make their transition to big brother or sister smooth for
the whole family.
